Send your requirement once. Sourcing, inspection, logistics and delivery are handled end to end.

  1. Supplier verification

    GST registration is checked as active and filing, alongside trading history and whether the business manufactures or resells. Suppliers that do not clear these checks are not listed.

  2. Competitive quotes

    Your requirement is sent to several matched manufacturers at once, priced against your quantity and specification. Quotes are returned on WhatsApp for direct comparison.

  3. Pre-dispatch inspection

    Goods are inspected at the factory against your written specification and photographed before bagging. Moisture, broken percentage and packing are checked against the purchase order.

  4. End-to-end logistics

    Loading, freight, e-way bills and last-mile delivery are handled in full, with tracking provided through to your delivery address.

  5. Payment terms

    Payment is released to the supplier on agreed terms once inspection is complete. Credit terms may be available through our financing partners, subject to their approval.

What does this cost me?

There is no charge to buyers. Sending a requirement and receiving quotes is free; we are paid on the supply side once an order is completed.

How fast will I hear back?

Within 24 hours, on WhatsApp. The product, approximate quantity and delivery city are enough to begin.

What do you mean by 'verified'?

That the business is registered, trading and able to supply. Checks cover GST status and filing, trading history, whether the business manufactures or resells, and buyer feedback. Suppliers that do not clear these checks are not listed.

Is there a minimum order?

Rice starts at 25 tonnes, which is one truckload and roughly a 20ft export container. Machinery can be a single unit. Below a truckload, freight generally offsets any saving on the unit rate.

Can I see a sample first?

In most cases, yes. A sample or factory inspection can be arranged before you commit to a bulk order. Please request this when submitting your requirement.

How does payment work?

Payment is made to the supplier on agreed terms, with inspection completed before funds are released.

Who handles the delivery?

We do. Pickup, freight, documentation and last-mile delivery are arranged and tracked through to your address.
